Ambidetector's core business is the mandatory IMO 5-year renewal for the International Oil Pollution Prevention (IOPP) certificate, namely the certification according to IMO regulations of the 15 ppm oil-in-water monitor (MEPC.107(49)) for all types of vessels and the certification of oil discharge monitoring equipment (MEPC.108(49)) for motor tankers. Furthermore, our company's work covers repair, maintenance, calibration, yearly certification of inspection and supply of electronic equipment such as OWS (oil-in-water separators), ODME (oil discharge monitors), fixed or portable gas detectors, alcoholmeters, UTI and MMC, temperature and pressure calibrators, viscometers, manometers, thermometers, DPT (differential pressure transmitters), gas detection tubes, OMD (oil mist detectors) and tank level gauging.
