PT. Anugerah Cahayamas Abadi was established in 2006 with two ships, KM Cahaya Abadi 201 and KM Cahaya Abadi 202. From the beginning, the company aspired to distribute foodstuffs and building materials throughout the country at low freight costs, so that the prices of the goods carried would be affordable for the purchasing power of the Indonesian people. This is what has driven us not to raise freight rates from 2008 until now, even though fuel prices have increased several times. In 2013, we strengthened our fleet by adding one ship, KM Cahaya Abadi 203, with a tonnage of 1,398 GT, a length of 74 metres and a 1,800 HP main engine. We remain committed to continuing to strengthen our fleet. In addition to the routes we already serve in Java and Sumatra, our target is to reach the eastern region of Indonesia as far as Merauke. Vision: to be a resilient shipping company in Indonesia that helps realise social justice in Indonesia. Mission: to manage and develop sea transport to guarantee public accessibility in support of the archipelagic outlook (wawasan nusantara); to develop shipping management to achieve high efficiency in the sea transport business; and to increase the contribution of income to the state and employees and play a role in environmental development and public service.
