Assens Shipyard A/S is an efficient service partner that meets the demands and expectations of our customers for service and maintenance of their vessels. We are capable of producing newbuildings and undertake conversions, general ship repairs, renovations, service and maintenance of all kinds of vessels. The dockyard is located in Assens on the west coast of the island of Fyn in the middle of Denmark. Thanks to many years of experience in the ship repair business, our yard offers all kinds of service, maintenance, conversions and inspections; in other words, we provide all the services required for quality dry docking and alongside jobs. The water depth permits the passage of vessels with a draft of up to 7.5 metres, giving access to large quayside areas and two floating docks, one of them fully covered. Dock I has a capacity of 2,000 tons, a width of 17.5 metres and a length of 100 metres; Dock II (fully covered) has a capacity of 1,200 tons, a width of 13.5 metres and a length of 80 metres. The total quay length is 600 metres, with the longest pier at 145 metres.
