Bias Delta Pratama (Bias Mandiri Group) is the premier owner of an anchorage and lay-up area on Batam Island, Indonesia, and is in contact with the major ship owners in the area. Ours is the only lay-up/anchorage area in Batam that complies with ISPS Code standards, keeping your vessel secure and well maintained. We offer hot and cold anchorage/lay-up services for ships awaiting orders, as well as other marine services such as pilotage, ship bunkering, crew lay-ups and management, underwater cleaning (hull, propeller etc.) and other marine services. For cold lay-up we can also provide generators, dehumidifiers, blanking of sea chests, watchmen, routine underwater inspection and preservation. For hot lay-up there is no minimum crew regulation as long as the vessel is manned or has watchmen instead. Our clients for lay-up services include BW Offshore, Rubicon Offshore, Solstad, Farstad, Global Radiance, Pacific Radiance, Eastern Pacific, Bumi Armada, K-Line and Benline.
