Bridgeview Harbour Marina is a commercial-capable port on Lake Champlain in Port Henry, NY, spanning over 33 acres with direct rail adjacency and deepwater access. Ideally located for marine construction, cargo operations and barge support, we serve contractors and transport operators working throughout the Northeast. Our facility includes a 65,000 sq ft staging and loading area and 290 feet of reinforced seawall, ideal for loading, mobilization and shoreside operations. With heavy-lift capabilities via a rough-terrain crane and a mobile travel lift, we accommodate vessel launches, retrievals and cargo handling for both workboats and barges. Fueling services (diesel and gasoline), secure laydown space, long-term equipment storage and contractor support are available on site. Our location adjacent to an active freight rail line enhances logistics and intermodal coordination for infrastructure, dredging and utility work. Bridgeview Harbour Marina has supported major regional projects and contractors, including cable installation, environmental operations and marine infrastructure work.
