Summary of skills: LOC (London Offshore Consultants) cargo load-out, outturn, stowage and sea fastening; rig intervention system fabrication and testing; road and ocean transportation readiness surveys; and land rig parts cleaning as per Australian Coast Guard regulations just before vessel loading, to kitchen-clean level for load-out operation surveys.
