Our services include: port agency (handling, landing, port assistance and clearance requirements in one place, with a direct link to vessel information, berthing, stacking, planning and operations nationally); owners agency (protecting agency), with a direct owners' representative assisting with all port and operational formalities on the owners' behalf; cargo agency (handling of all cargo operation formalities, liaising with shippers to ensure cargo availability on berthing, and handling of all cargo documentation including SOF, BOL and NOR); husbandry services (owner requirements, bunkers, crew changes, doctor visits and all Covid-19 requirements and protocols); and logistics assistance with any logistic issues in moving cargo according to customer requirements, including transportation, lifting and storage.
