Our specialization is in IBR pipe fittings, carbon steel pipe fittings, socket weld fittings, stainless steel pipe fittings, NIBR pipe fittings, IBR flanges and forged steel flanges. These are manufactured using high-quality raw material that is procured directly from reputed mills. Our steel fittings and flanges are stringently tested on well-defined parameters to ensure high quality and durability standards. The founder of Steel Mart, Mr. Singh, has 3 decades of experience in the manufacturing of steel piping solutions. Mr. Singh's family has been engaged in the manufacturing of piping accessories for over 60 years. They started with trading and stocking plumbing and sanitary fittings, and later, in 1987, they started manufacturing industrial fittings and metal pipe flanges. We are ISO certified and we arrange any third-party inspection. We have in-house advanced tools and equipment, a well-qualified team of technical experts and quality auditors, the latest technology for making IBR pipe fittings and flanges, a machining shop, a quality control unit, a warehouse and a logistics unit. We perform special tests as per international norms, certified by our quality control team. These include a pneumatic gas test, in which compressor and threaded fittings undergo pneumatic tests at 150 psi air pressure and 2000 psi nitrogen pressure after hydro testing; a pressure cycle test from 0 psi to 5000 psi, which Steel Mart conducts at the rate of 25 to 45 cycles per minute; and, at the request of our customers, a temperature test in which the fittings and flanges are heated up to 350 °C for one complete cycle of 4 hours.
