Cristobal Marine Repair is a full-service marine repair and fabrication company based in Panama City. We provide rapid-response service in port, at anchor, and in transit. Established in 2004, CMR has built a reputation for delivering precise, reliable marine repairs with speed and efficiency. The Cristobal Marine Repair workshop is comprised of a fully equipped 1,500 m² machine shop supported by an additional 1,500 m² outdoor laydown area. Our facility includes PropScan measurement and analysis systems, dynamic balancing technology, precision lathes and milling equipment, advanced welding and fabrication systems, and 20+ portable 3-phase welding units. Our dedicated fleet of flatbeds, forklifts, and a 28-ton boom truck allows for rapid mobilization anywhere in Panama. Our team of ABS and DNV-certified welders and technicians provides the following core services: precision machining, welding and fabrication (steel, stainless, bronze, aluminum), diesel engine overhauls, load tests, head refurbishments, propeller repair and optimization, shafting and running gear services, and shaft and propeller sales.
