DANA Lubricants is a manufacturer of marine lubricants for all types of engines, for bunkering services in the UAE and Fujairah port, with lubricant engine oils manufactured in Jebel Ali and Fujairah, UAE. The range includes cylinder oils for two-stroke main engine cylinders (high TBN to neutralize sulfuric acid from heavy fuel oil; typically SAE 50 with TBN 40, 70 or 100), system oils for main engine crankcases, bearings, gears and piston cooling (medium TBN, detergent/dispersant; SAE 30 or SAE 40), trunk piston engine oils (TPEO) for medium-speed four-stroke diesel auxiliary and generator engines (TBN usually 30–40), marine gear oils for reduction gears, transmissions and thrusters (EP and anti-wear additives; ISO VG 68 to 320), hydraulic oils for steering gear, stabilizers, deck machinery and control systems (ISO VG 32, 46, 68), turbine oils for turbochargers, steam and gas turbines (ISO VG 32, 46), refrigeration oils for R-134a, ammonia and CO2 compressors, air compressor oils for starting and service air compressors, and greases for bearings, deck machinery, mooring winches, wire ropes and rudder stocks (multipurpose lithium/calcium-based, high-temperature and wire rope grease).
