The company was officially established in 2012 in Russia, with a sister company established in 2022 in Turkey. Its brokers have experience in organizing luxury yacht charters worldwide since 2004. Specialization: crewed charter of superyachts and megayachts from 20–25 m to 100 m and more in length, and all broker services, including searching for the right yacht and help with the choice, MYBA e-contract creation, itinerary and trip program optimization, full provisioning and optional services arrangements, charter monitoring and coordination between captain and charterer, and assistance in final financial settlements. Brokerage: yachts for sale or to sell, assistance in yacht registration and management, and commercial chartering of a yacht for her owner.
