Being in a strategic location on the Middle East coastline, we offer the whole spectrum of marine repair services: afloat repairs and dry-docking services, major refurbishment and conversions, engine repairs and component reconditioning, fuel pump and injector services, pump and auxiliary equipment repairs, steel fabrication and construction, deck machinery, hydraulic and HVAC services, propulsion systems, automation, instrumentation and calibration services, and mobilization and demobilization of offshore vessels. Dry-docking services are based on using the facilities of DMC Dubai; the dock can accommodate various types of vessels up to 130 m length, 30 m breadth and 6,000 tonnes deadweight. Our services include, but are not limited to, agency assistance in docking/undocking of vessels; complete project management of repairs; fire and safety support during repair of ships; supply of basic media needed for repairs, such as electric power, compressed air, water and ventilation; lifting and transportation equipment support; tank cleaning and sludge or garbage disposal; hull treatment including hydro blasting, antifouling coating and cathodic protection; propeller and rudder repairs; a full range of steel fabrication, pipe repairs, deck machinery and cargo gear repair and recertification; diesel engine and all sorts of related mechanical repairs; auxiliary unit repairs; repair of ships alongside, afloat and on voyage; and major refurbishments and conversions. Automation and instrumentation services cover main engine alarm and control systems, generator alarm, synchronization and protection systems, oily water separator and bilge alarm systems, crane and winch control systems, main switchboard automation, bow thruster and steering gear controls, fire alarm systems, main and auxiliary engine oil mist detection systems, servicing of switchgear and instrumentation panels, bridge and navigation systems, and draught gauges.
