Engine-wear treatment

We started out as a rig repair contractor 12 years ago. The engine-wear treatment product was developed and further improved over our contracting years, and we have now commercialised it. Irreversible engine wear is a commonly known fact to most people. To ship managers or owners, this may mean costly overhauls or repairs and lost income during downtime. Applying the surface-modified treatment is as easy as pouring the treatment liquid into the cylinder oil daily or service tank before it is injected into the combustion cylinder. The combustion heat activates the surface-modified treatment liquid on the lubricated metal surface, forming a layer of nano-thin ceramic coating. This ceramic coating has many desirable capabilities over metal. Some advantages are as follows: it acts as a sacrificial layer and thus protects the metal from wearing off, and this layer can be added over and over again; the ceramic layer is so smooth that it continues to provide lubricity in the rare event of lube oil leaking; it restores engine and transmission performance; it increases horsepower and torque; it makes the engine quieter, reducing noise and vibration; and it reduces repair costs and prolongs operational life.
