Gani was founded in 1988. Its major business is selling spare parts for large-bore diesel engines. In 2003 it also started marketing newbuilding equipment and cooperating with major Korean manufacturers, and today GANI is also the European distributor for some of them. In 2007 it established its own service center with its own service team, which has since achieved many successful installations and inspections all around the world. In 2010 and 2011, as a result of its international marketing, GANI won major tenders from Russian shipyards and delivered them successfully. In 2013 GANI was appointed by AMOT UK as representative for the entire range of AMOT products for Greece and the Republic of Cyprus as well.
