Our services include ensuring a berth for the incoming ship; arranging the pilot and tugs if necessary; drawing up documents for customs and harbour services; arranging fresh water and provisions for the ship; arranging a doctor for any medical assistance to the crew; arranging bunkers if needed; arranging necessary repairs; conveying instructions to and from the shipowner; organizing the supply, transport and handling of goods; organizing contacts with stevedores; collecting freight and cargoes; and contacting shippers and receivers of the goods.
