Hyperblast (Ultra High-Pressure Water Jets & Wet Abrasive Blast Surface Treatment & Coating)

Hyperblast uses ultra-high-pressure water jets that shoot up to 36,000 PSI/2,500 bar at 35 L/min without harming the base material. At this pressure water becomes supersonic and strips any type of coating off without the need for heat or chemicals. Our services cover shipyards and drydocks, water treatment facilities, vessel cargo hold and hull blasting, the construction industry and chemical refineries, as well as hourly rental agreements for special cases. Our equipment includes 5 dual-outlet 35 L/min 2,500 bar water jets, 10 water guns with various types of nozzles, 2 open-type magnetic crawling robots and 1 vacuum magnetic crawling robot, a handheld manipulator with optional vacuum unit (ETRC), 3 500 bar HP water jets and 1 ice blasting unit.
