Info Marine offers advanced spectral vibration analysis of rotating machinery, hull and local structures for operating vessels, newbuildings and offshore units. The company is certified by DNV GL, RINA, BV, ABS and PRD, with engineer bases in Poland, the UAE and Singapore. Main scope of services: vibration diagnostics – using vibration diagnostic tools we can indicate the condition of machinery without opening it, diagnose problems and recommend solutions, along with reports; hull/local structure vibration diagnostics – we can diagnose structural problems, local resonance and ME speed ranges that adversely affect hull vibration; main and auxiliary engine diagnostics – we can discover problems with firing timing, the fuel injection system, piston rings, valves, etc., and problems with engine efficiency; dynamic and/or static electric motor tests – dynamic: test of performance and parameters of a motor, e.g. damage to rotor bars; static: thorough test of motor windings, e.g. after rewinding; shaft displacement measurements – we can determine the shape of the shaft orbit to ensure that the shaft is not rubbing the bearing shells during rotation and causing wear; noise and vibration measurements in accommodation and working areas according to class notation; alignment of equipment and on-site balancing – when needed, we can measure and align machinery (e.g. pumps, fans, compressors, generators) or balance fans; thermographic surveys of electric boards, switches, etc., and also rotating machinery.
