We are JBG Shipping Agency, a company established in Brazil, acting as owners' protective agents with our own office and associated offices covering all Brazilian ports. Our company exists exclusively to protect owners' interests. As protective agents, we ensure that all of the vessel's matters are closely followed 24 hours a day, offering high-level services with agility, responsibility and competence, always taking care to keep expenses at the lowest possible cost. Our services include crew handling (meet & greet, hotel bookings, shore passes, etc.), cash to master, spares clearance and delivery, pre-hold inspection, bunker/containment barrier coordination, bunker surveyors, shore cleaning team, medical assistance, provisions and fresh water, inward/outward clearance of ships, liaison with local authorities and communications assistance, follow-up activities with workshops, contractors, etc., draft surveyors, hull cleaning and inspection, towage contracts, checking whether the PDA/FDA submitted by charterers' agents is in accordance with official port tariffs, PDA funds reception and local payments to service providers, coordination with the local P&I club and class surveyors, vessel prospects and terminal line-ups, courier delivery and any other service regarding maritime activities.
