Company providing mechanical, electrical & refrigeration services to vessels as required, on the Gujarat (India) coast. We have a mechanical workshop of 15,000+ sq. ft., an electrical workshop of 26,000+ sq. ft. and a refrigeration workshop of 4,500+ sq. ft., with staff with 25+ years of hands-on experience in welding, cutting, fitting, refrigeration, electric motor winding & overhauling, and pneumatic & hydraulic overhauling & servicing jobs. Our services include: MS & SS fabrication of pipes, manifold reducers and manifold S-bend reducers with blasting & one coat primer for MS material and acid pickling for SS material as per Indian Standard; rewinding & overhauling of electric motors up to 600 HP with dynamic balancing of rotors; overhauling & servicing of hydraulic & pneumatic motors, pumps, winches etc.; scuba diving (open sea) jobs as per vessel requirements; supply of second hand & brand new electric motors up to 600 HP to vessel standards; calibration of gas detectors, magnetic compass adjustment, gyro repeater calibration etc.; supply of UTI tapes with sensor, sampling tapes etc. with calibration certificates; competent person for load testing & annual thorough examination of cranes, personnel transfer baskets (PTB), wire slings & loose gear; supply of vessel hydraulic motors, winches, pumps, valves, compressors & their parts, turbochargers & their parts; process instruments such as pressure gauges, temperature gauges, flow meters, data loggers, level instruments and digital controllers with calibration certificates; and onboard jobs such as anchor chain renewal, engine liner renewal and winch brake liner renewal. We provide services on the Gujarat coast at Sikka, Vadinar, Hazira, Porbandar, Dahej, Navlakhi, Kandla and Mundra.
