Liburnia Maritime Agency Ltd. is a Croatian company specialized in the maritime transport of heavy and project cargo, established in 2004. Delivering a full range of international logistics services, in our 16 years of history we have built a highly trusted brand known and recognized worldwide. Our main office is located in Rijeka, Croatia's biggest port, and we also have an office in Breda, the Netherlands – Liburnia Projects and Chartering B.V. – handling shipments via Antwerp and Rotterdam, two of Europe’s biggest ports. Services: sea transportation of over-dimensional cargoes and industrial projects worldwide; general forwarding, rail, road and air services, customs clearance, warehousing and full container logistics; multimodal project management and customized “factory to foundations” solutions for oversized and breakbulk cargoes; consultancy and project cargo expertise; independent chartering and brokerage, both deep-sea and coastal, mainly in the heavy lift and breakbulk sector; port agency services in Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro and Albania; IMO cargo logistics; and marine surveys and transport engineering. We work only with top-class sub-contractors, always controlling every phase of the project technically, operationally and commercially, never compromising on the safety of people, cargo, ships and the environment. The company is ISO certified by DNV GL to the 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards. We are a FONASBA member and quality certified company, and members of the GPLN and CLC partner networks. We have transport operator and freight forwarder liability insurance of up to 5 million EUR per single occurrence. We have established the environmental awareness initiative BACKTOBLU as part of our corporate social responsibility program.
