Maritime Technologies Co., Ltd. is a managing company of the Far Eastern Technical Fleet. The company was established in 2005, aimed at effective management and development of the technical fleet with its new goals. The technical fleet comprises the following specialized vessels: dredgers for earthworks of any complexity, self-propelled and non-self-propelled scows, crane boats, a floating pile-driver, a sea tug and launch boats. The fleet can be used for various dredging operations and hydraulic engineering works. Maritime Technologies Company Limited is a bearer of the tradition of the Far Eastern Technical Fleet Administration (“Daltechflot”), established on February 6, 1943. The story of “Daltechflot” is closely connected with the history of the reclamation and development of the Far Eastern economic region of Russia. The geographical position of the Russian Far East and the development of international relations called for the creation of a dredging fleet in order to provide free flow of marine vessels through the Amur Liman to the Sea of Okhotsk and the Sea of Japan.
