Freight forwarding activity was begun by our grandparents, Peppino Marongiu and Elena Comi, in 1927. Since the 1950s the company has specialized in international freight forwarding, particularly in shipping cheese to the USA, which we still master today, first converting to the use of the first ferry boats and then to the newborn container, being among the first freight forwarders in Sardinia to use it. Our staff has working experience with Italian freight forwarders and steamship lines. Furthermore, in 1993 and 1994 we had direct experience as shipping agent, representing a shipping line that called at Porto Torres in those years. We are also a licensed customs broker and have recently created the first C.A.D. (customs assistance centre) in Sardinia.
