MSE - Naval Consultancy & Survey

We are an engineering and operations consulting firm focused on the oil and gas sector, specializing in the development of projects for floating systems, mooring, anchoring, and port, offshore, maritime and inland waterway operations. Our commitment is to transform technical challenges into efficient solutions, always with a focus on safety, quality and operational excellence. Beyond engineering projects, we play a strategic role as Surveyor, Port Captain and Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS), providing specialized support in complex activities such as cargo loading and unloading, heavy lift operations, load-outs and load-ins, seafastening, cargo stuffing, and operational follow-up at terminals and factories. Each operation is handled with technical rigor and close attention to detail, ensuring cargo integrity and smooth operational flow. Our competitive edge lies in the strength of a multidisciplinary team made up of highly qualified professionals with extensive hands-on experience in naval design, operations and inspection. More than providing services, we are dedicated to building lasting partnerships with our clients, working side by side at every stage of projects to ensure the best outcomes. Driven by passion for engineering and commitment to quality, we constantly strive to exceed expectations, delivering solutions that combine technology, technical knowledge and strategic vision. We believe excellence lies in the details, and this philosophy guides us through every challenge we take on.
