NexusOcean B.v.

In Latin, nexus means “the act of binding together; bond” and is derived from the word nectō, “bind”. In many ways this translation is applicable to NexusOcean as the ocean’s internet provider. We bind our clients' offshore assets to the rest of the world through an internet connection. But there is more to it, and that became clear when Richard de Wit, MD and founder of NexusOcean, met with the management of the providing partner EMC Connected. The course was set and NexusOcean was established as a SatCom solutions provider with the task of being the binding factor for the clients, employees, shareholders and partners of NexusOcean. The team behind NexusOcean was active as ship-owners and managers before bringing their knowledge to the SatCom industry in recent years. This unique situation means that NexusOcean will be able to better understand the customer’s needs for a matching SatCom solution.
