Novikontas Connect crewing agency, a subsidiary of the Lithuanian crewing company Novikontas SCM, was established in 2011. Our company is the first crewing agency in Latvia working with the "posting" scheme. Our office team is extensively experienced and highly motivated. Each Novikontas Connect team member contributes to the high standards we set for ourselves. Novikontas Connect crewing services are based on the principles of STCW, flag state, IMO, state legislation and customer requirements, and international and national law. We protect seafarers' right to privacy: their personal data maintained in the office is kept strictly confidential, as far as necessary for employment and responding to officials. We are looking to establish long-term business relationships with our partners. Our services include full or partial manning, certificate control according to STCW, MLC and local legislation, arranging additional crew training when necessary, selection of qualified and competent personnel, visa support, providing payrolls and social insurance, arranging the A1 form upon request, travel arrangements and preparation of flag documents.
