We are a one-stop service provider with over 250 skilled manpower and ABS-qualified welders, accredited to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. We operate from the 249-hectare Dubai Maritime City (DMC). We are registered and undertake ship repairs in DMC, Jebel Ali Port, Port Rashid, Khalid Port, Sharjah Hamriyah, Fujairah, Khor Fakkan Port and Abu Dhabi ports as our home ports, and worldwide with our mobile squads. Our specializations include onshore/offshore repairs, conversions and reactivation of ships, rigs, oil refineries and production stations, and shutdown works; afloat repairs on any type and size of vessel; drydocking of vessels up to 6,000 t, 130 m x 35 m; design, conversion, renewal, fabrication and installation of steel, pipes, hatch covers, pontoons, modules, jetties, access bridges, storage tank farms and industrial plants; BWTS retrofits (pipe spools and foundations, equipment installation, cable laying, termination, commissioning, services and maintenance); hull, tank and cargo hold treatment (cleaning, hydro blasting, grit blasting and painting); mechanical work on main and auxiliary engines, propulsion, generators, thrusters, machinery, turbochargers, cranes, pumps, purifiers, coolers, heat exchangers, gears, valves and actuators; hydraulics (supply and servicing of pumps, motors, cylinders, power packs, control valves, ramps, winches and steering systems); electrical and automation (rewinding/overhauling of alternators and motors, MSB and ESB cleaning and calibration, troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems); shutdowns in industrial and power plants and onshore and offshore energy fields; electro-mechanical services; a streamlined supply chain for spare parts and equipment; and voyage repairs worldwide by our riding squads.
