Having commenced operations in Randwick, Sydney, in 1987, Randwick Bloodstock is now based in Australia's premier thoroughbred breeding precinct, the Hunter Valley. The agency's principals, Brett and Rachael Howard, have spent all their working lives within the industry. Randwick Bloodstock is a full-service agency with clients and affiliations worldwide. Their expertise is currently utilised by many of Australia's most successful stud farms, racehorse owners, trainers and breeders. Our services include private sales of racing and breeding stock, auction sales representation regarding the purchase of stock, auction sales consignment, bloodstock management (portfolio and/or individual horse management), broodmare mating advice and a stallion booking service. Apart from the bloodstock agency, Brett and Rachael also operate Glenesk Thoroughbreds, a 76-acre broodmare farm. The agency was run by Brett Howard from its inception; Rachael Theaker joined from England in 1996 after three years in London working for agent Luke Lillingston. In 2000, the agency relocated to Coolmore Stud, where Brett worked in sales and nominations, and in October 2006 Brett returned to the agency full time and it relocated to a 50-acre property at Quorrobolong in the lower Hunter Valley, NSW.
