Sailing Course Online Ltd

Sailing Course Online is a UK-based RYA Recognised Training Centre specialising in RYA online theory courses, backed by our physical sailing school at Hamble Point Marina on the Solent. Powered by Urban Truant RYA Training, we've delivered accredited RYA theory courses to thousands of students across 115 countries. Our core offerings include the RYA Day Skipper Theory online course (essential coastal navigation, chartwork, tides and meteorology), RYA Yachtmaster Offshore / Coastal Skipper Theory online course (advanced offshore navigation, passage planning and IRPCS), and other RYA theory courses including VHF Marine Radio and Essential Navigation certifications. Our courses lead to official RYA certificates, the same qualification you'd receive from a classroom course. Completing the Day Skipper Theory course is the first step towards obtaining your International Certificate of Competence (ICC) for bareboat charter worldwide. We offer a free 24-hour trial for students to test out their online course on our platform, ship physical charts, plotters and dividers free worldwide, and provide 12 months to complete your course with unlimited exam retakes and lifetime access to materials upon passing. Students benefit from first-class, direct support via our qualified RYA Instructors. Our service quality is independently verified through Feefo, having won the Platinum Trusted Service Award for four consecutive years (2022-2025) with a 4.9-star rating.
