Seaplace is the pioneer ship design and offshore engineering project-development company in Spain. Seaplace has over 40 years of experience developing the full life cycle of projects, from initial design to construction and commissioning. Our goal is to provide high added-value solutions adapted to our customers' requirements on each project. Our multidisciplinary team of more than 40 naval architects, marine engineers, chief engineers and captains provides extensive knowledge of the business and good adaptability and flexibility to customers' needs and preferences. The background provided by our work on ships and offshore units has given us the capacity to understand the operations and problems on board and to perform efficient inspections. Specific documentation is provided for each unit. Since 2015 Seaplace has been a supplier member of IMCA (International Marine Contractors Association) and has highly specialized surveyors that allow us to perform, among others, the following services: programmed inspections, condition inspections, off-hire and on-hire inspections, FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), DP FMEA proving trials and annual trials, DP trials, DP operations manuals, CMID IMCA, construction inspections, stability and inclining tests, sea trials and BWMP.
