Seatech Marine & Cargo Surveys was founded in 1993 in Vitória, Espírito Santo, Brazil, with the purpose of performing high quality services and meeting exactly the specific needs of clients at a reasonable and compatible price. Seatech attends a wide range of services, the most requested surveys being pre-loading (steel products, iron ore, fertilizers, grains), on/off-hire bunker and condition, bunker quantity, hold grain cleanliness condition and draft surveys. Seatech's office is strategically located near the main port complexes: Vitória (Capuaba, TVV, Commercial, Peiú, Paul), Tubarão/TPD, Praia Mole, Barra do Riacho (Portocel) and Ponta de Ubú (Samarco). Seatech has also been operative at other Brazilian ports, such as Macapá, Recife, Suape, Salvador, Aratu, Rio de Janeiro, Sepetiba, Angra dos Reis, Santos, Piaçaguera, Paranaguá, Antonina, Itajaí and Imbituba. Seatech can attend surveys with its own staff and/or through experienced and reliable correspondent inspectors at all Brazilian ports and inland cities.
