Over the years, Indonesia has seen many changes in its government and new rules and procedures on safety at sea. Segara Group hopes to continue the effort put in by the Ministry of Sea Transportation in ensuring that safety at sea is never compromised. With the emergence of new procedures set by IMO on the servicing and maintenance of life saving equipment at sea (fire extinguishers, inflatable liferafts, rescue boats, lifeboats), we aim to adhere to these new rules and procedures, effective since July 1st 2006 as per IMO regulation. The board of management is committed to continually developing its quality service into a quality management system known as ISO 9001:2000.
