Sharaf Shipping Co. Ltd.

Sharaf Shipping Company Ltd, Iraq, is a well-established, dynamic shipping agency house founded in 2004, offering personalized services to suit the individual needs of our clients in Iraq. With a blend of immense skill, experience and dedication, our workforce comprising 100% regional staff has contributed greatly to our successful track record in the shipping arena. As part of a diversified conglomerate with ship agency as its core activity, SSC Iraq has emerged as a one-stop shop for quality shipping, marine and logistics services. Our strengths: a strong regional company with detailed knowledge of culture, tradition and business values; a focus on reducing costs; a strong multilingual sales and experienced operations team with a focus on customer service; value-added service with a team of experienced master mariners to supervise discharging and logistics of project cargo; state-of-the-art information technology providing comprehensive MIS reports and connectivity to principals and customers; and excellent relationships with port and customs authorities, government departments, and key suppliers and vendors. The role of the agency is continuously expanding, and today an agency is increasingly looked upon as an extension of the principal's company rather than as an external entity, a one-stop shop for all kinds of shipping services. Our services include agency services, container services, tanker services, bulk/break bulk services, project cargoes, freight forwarding and offshore services.
