The work begins from the moment of appointment as agent at the port of loading or discharge. Before the ship arrives, we inform the ship owner or charterers of the current situation of the port, the expected start and end time of loading, the expected fees for the voyage, and any instructions the master must know before arrival, such as the coordinates of the entry lane within territorial waters to the berth or other instructions from the authorities. During loading and discharging, the agent supervises the operation, monitors the tally, times and all data, informs the ship owner or charterers of the situation every 4 hours until completion, and takes all necessary procedures until the operation is complete. Finally, we inform the ship's owners of the time of sailing and send them a copy of the shipping documents.
