The company is one of the leading ship repairers on the Gujarat coast and has been approved by The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd (a leading shipping company owned by the Government of India) since 1996, attending almost all of their vessels calling at the ports under the Gujarat Port Authority (Vadinar, Sikka and Bedi), Deendayal Port Trust (Kandla), Mundra, Pipavav, Okha, Porbandar, Veraval, Navlakhi, Bhavnagar, Dahej, Hazira etc. It has also been attending tankers of The Great Eastern Shipping Company, Mumbai, at all these ports. Our team includes well-experienced and qualified ship repair personnel who have attended a number of critical jobs. Services include repair/renewal of ship side plates under a class surveyor; pipeline renewal; pump overhauling, repair and renewal; valve overhauling and renewal; electric motor rewinding, panel wiring and refrigeration repair; servicing of portable fire extinguishers; crane/derrick repair; assistance with LSA/FFA and boiler survey jobs; intricate ferrous and non-ferrous castings as per sample/drawings, duly machined, including pump impellers; lagging repair and renewal; supply of rubber O-rings, copper washers, bolts, nuts and studs as per sample; supply of deck/engine stores; main and auxiliary engine spares and allied machinery from old ships from ship-breaking yards; scrapping, cleaning and painting work; hydraulic motor overhauling and repair; manufacturing and repair of heat exchangers and oil coolers; manufacturing of aluminium gangways/ladders; and any other related services.
