SEOT is a joint venture between the Star Energy Group Ltd., one of the first private investors in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE, and Oiltanking GmbH, one of the world's leading independent storage providers for oil, chemicals and gases. As an independent terminal, SEOT does not own any of the products that it handles.
