Tarpon Marine Services

Tarpon Marine Services is Florida's West Coast newest full-service commercial shipyard, located directly off the Gulf on the Anclote River in historic Tarpon Springs, Florida. Tarpon Marine Services was originally founded in 2010 as a resource to support our own fleet of tugs, barges and other equipment. In 2023, we started our evolution into a full-service hub for commercial vessel construction, maintenance and repair with the expansion of our haul-out slip and the purchase of the largest travelift on Florida's West Coast. Our expanded slip and travelift enable us to accommodate vessels up to 300 metric tons, 40-foot beam and 170-foot length overall. We currently offer vessel repair and maintenance (engines, hull, propulsion, machinery, welding, piping, electrical, plumbing, gas-freeing); coating and refinishing (top coat and bottom painting, anti-fouling); topsides and deck fabrication and customization (welding, piping, carpentry, electronics); haul-out and storage (short-term and long-term dry dock storage, lifting and launching services, regulatory inspections); marine parts and accessories; and chandlery services (ropes, anchors, etc.).
