Tessilmare is an Italian company founded in 1947. Our production is concentrated on fender profiles (in stainless steel and/or PVC) and marine fabrics (available in rolls and/or manufactured). Our fender profiles are constantly subjected to tensile tests and calibration, and most of them are patented. Our technical department accurately calculates all the shock absorption coefficients and checks the Shore hardness of the raw material daily. Our fabrics are periodically tested and inspected. Specialized third-party labs perform endurance tests. Internally, water column measurements are made to check waterproofing, as well as tensile tests for strength. Only our biminis are wind tunnel tested for correct aerodynamic features and to make sure that all components perform optimally even in heavy conditions. Our quality control of the individual sunshade parts and overall structure is so accurate that we can now safely guarantee this product for life.
