THALASSA HOLDINGS was established in Piraeus in 2021 to cover a wide range of commercial diving and marine services, following HIRA guidelines and the HSE/IMCA code of practice, with no injuries, no accidents and no claims since 1993. THALASSA HOLDINGS holds combined third-party liability insurance with a limit of liability of EUR 5,000,000, including international employers' liability and personal accident insurance, placed 100% at Lloyd's of London. THALASSA OFFSHORE has provided services since 1998 in numerous offshore oil and gas operations, supporting offshore renewable energy, offshore drilling rigs, production platforms, pipe-lay and trenching barges, pigging and SPM (including surface-oriented and saturation diving, DSV and ROV services). THALASSA SALVAGE has provided services since 1998 in numerous marine salvage and wreck removal operations, supporting the major salvors in the world (including heavy lifting operations and oil spill response). THALASSA SUBSEA has provided services since 1996 in numerous subsea cable operations, supporting the major subsea cable manufacturers and contractors in the world (including power and fibre optic installation, repairs, maintenance, protection, engineering, survey, UXO and ROV operations). THALASSA DIVING has provided services since 1993 in numerous commercial diving and marine operations (including ship maintenance, hull cleaning and propeller polishing, welding repairs, survey works, port and harbour works and civil engineering). THALASSA HOLDINGS operates under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 by LRQA and is certified by IACS for in-water surveys of ships and mobile offshore units, and by Lloyd's Register for wet welding repairs in vertical-down, overhead and pipe-to-plate positions. It operates on a 24/7 basis and can respond efficiently under emergency conditions.
