We specialise in engine overhauls. Presently we have a team of 16 diesel service engineers trained by various engine manufacturers, each with 15+ years of experience in the diesel engine industry (ex MAN, Wärtsilä, Bergen Diesel, Yanmar, Caterpillar, EMD, MAK, Cummins, Hyundai Himsen, Hanjin Heavy Industries, Mitsubishi), and a fully equipped 10,000 sq. ft. workshop in Dubai Maritime City. With portable Chris Marine equipment we can, for example, do cylinder head overhauls and liner honing on board your vessels. We supply Wärtsilä engine spare parts, all sourced from European suppliers who are or were suppliers to Wärtsilä. We offer specialised governor overhauling services: we are the authorised independent distributor and service centre for Heinzmann Group & Regulateurs Europa, with the latest governor test bench supplied by Regulateurs Europa (Holland) installed in our workshop; we support Regulateurs Europa, Woodward and Kiki governor spares; 3 of our engineers are trained and certified by Regulateurs Europa and 2 by Woodward; and we maintain stock of most common types of governors and actuators, with exchange governors if required. Automation services include testing and calibration of engine pressure sensors, transducers, temperature sensors and switches, safety alarm and shutdown tests using simulation tools, and troubleshooting by trained and qualified automation specialists for both electrical and automation issues on engine control systems. We also have factory-trained specialists and supply products for Sperre Industri AS (air & screw-type compressors), Tamrotor Marine Compressors (screw-type compressors), Heinzmann, Regulateurs Europa, Brunvoll (propulsion), Vestdavit (boat handling systems), IMS Doors, PG Flow Solutions AS and Maritime Partner.
