Supply (IMPA/ISSA standard): deck, engine, electric, stationery, medicine and safety stores, paint, chemicals and lubricants; provisions (dry, fresh and frozen), bond, cabin and saloon stores; anchor chains and anchors, propellers, gangway ladders and pilot ladders; container fittings and lashing equipment (twist locks, midlocks, container sockets, etc.); polypropylene and wire ropes; Freon, acetylene, oxygen, NO2 and other gases and cylinder refilling; charts, publications and nautical books. Ship repair and dry dock (NKK/DNV-GL/BV/LR/MMD class certified): servicing, overhaul and troubleshooting of all types of main engines and auxiliary generators; all hydraulic jobs, steering gear and anchor winch repair; crane, windlass, derrick, boom and winch hydraulic and electrical repair; air-conditioning, refrigeration, fire alarm and electrical system repair; steel renewal and fabrication (pipelines, side shell, deck, hatches, holds, tanks, engine room, etc.); anchor, rudder, propeller and underwater hull repair; underwater hull, propeller and rudder cleaning and inspection with video and photography; supply, repair and troubleshooting of radar, radio, VDR, gyro, GPS, etc.; rewinding of electric motors, ship cleaning and painting, and manpower supply. Annual inspection (approved by NKK/DNV-GL/BV/LR): LSA/FFA service station; life raft, lifeboat and davit servicing; supply, calibration, servicing, annual inspection and certification of navigational items such as radar, gyro, gas detectors, autopilot, GPS, VHF and VDR. Agency and crew services: crew sign on/off formalities, fresh water supply, OPA (owner's protective agent), hub agent and charter agent support, CTM (cash to master) support and global spares forwarding (buyer to on board).
