Deck material: mooring ropes of any diameter and any length, with eyes spliced in our workshop; steel wire ropes for mooring, winches, cranes & davits, with soft or hard eyes mechanically spliced in our workshop using Talurit ferrules & machinery; steel wire rope slings, webbing slings and rigging material. Services: LSA (lifeboats & davits) 1Y & 5Y service & recertification as per MSC 402 (96), authorized through CRALOG Denmark for almost all manufacturers, for ships under all IACS classification societies and all flags; mooring winches, cranes and mooring ropes 1Y & 5Y periodical inspections as per ILO 152; load tests up to 250 tons; bollard pull tests up to 150 tons; winch brake tests; lifting equipment periodical inspection as per ILO 152 (maritime) and LOLER (offshore); non-destructive tests: magnetic particle (MPI), penetrant (PT) and ultrasonic (UT) for both thickness & defectoscopy; Billy Pugh personnel transfer basket service & recertification; helideck perimeter net service, periodical inspections, tests & recertification as per CAP 437; personal protection equipment for work at heights (PPE) periodical inspections & recertification; offshore container periodical inspections, tests & recertification. Our authorizations are valid to date and were obtained in London, UK and Denmark. We deliver materials alongside your vessel with our own transport fleet and permanent port entrance clearance. Material supply ports: Constanta, Mangalia, Varna, Tulcea, Galati, Braila, Midia and Agigea. Service ports: worldwide.
