Vantix Marine

Vantix Marine SIA is a Riga-based maritime services company specialising in remote magnetic compass adjustment and marine audits. Through our platform Northy, we adjust ships' magnetic compasses remotely. The vessel's officer takes the readings on the bridge following guided steps, the platform calculates the deviation, and a certified compass adjuster reviews and signs off. The deviation certificate is issued the same day, with no port call, no travel and no waiting for an adjuster to attend. Every certificate is produced to SOLAS Chapter V, ISO 25862:2019 and IMO Resolution A.382(X). Alongside compass adjustment, we carry out ISM, ISPS and MLC audits, safety inspections, flag state inspections and SMS development. Our work is led by a certified compass adjuster and a Liberian flag state inspector with a seagoing background. Straightforward reporting. No surprises on the day. Compliant, or a straight answer why not.
