WYCC was created in 2005 in order to provide benefits for seafarers and shore-based personnel: worldwide benefits whatever the flag, nationality or main location. Benefits are compliant with MLC, CBA or SEA and include healthcare plans (local or international), death and disability cover after an accident or any cause including natural death, sick wages, maternity leave and retirement plans, with an IT platform and mobile app for claims management and data exchange.
